An Theoretical and emprirical evaluation of the secession of Catalonia and the Basque Country
This paper examines the literature of Alseina and other on the theories of Integration and desitegration of nations. To these extent we propose a metholdology to measure the consequences of a certain EU regions to split -out of its pivious legal structure. From the results of our analysis we provide some further empirical analysis on the basis of Catalonia and the Basque Country.
