In the last years EU's economic agencies have been developed a wide range of methodologies in order to improve the quality of the evaluation process. In particular this research has been worthwile to assess specific projects, but less effective to investigate regional policy as a whole. The aim of this paper is to shed some light on a more comprehensive approach, taking into consideration strategy as an important factor to integrate evaluation projects, related, particularly, to sectoral and local-regional policies.
